Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.11.2023 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in SBCWP No.16677/2022, the students of the petitioner-college have been given admission in the course of B.Sc. Nursing First Year, however, their results have yet not been declared by the respondents.
As in compliance of the order dated 07.11.2023, the students of the petitioner-college were already given admission for the purpose of pursuing the B.Sc. Nursing Course and the students have completed the B.Sc. Nursing First Year Course, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to declare the result of the students of the petitioner-college for the course of B.Sc. Nursing at the earliest.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
