Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the respondents may be directed to consider the case of recognition of the petitioner in light of the report dated 05.03.2024 in a stipulated time frame. Learned AAG does not refute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the submissions made above, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for the purpose of recognition while taking into consideration the report dated 05.03.2024 (Annexure R/11) within a period of one month from today by way of passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law.
