Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, instead of pressing the writ petition on merit, submits that the petitioners will be satisfied, if the respondent No.4-District Collector, Salumbar is directed to decide their case for entries in the Jamabandi on the basis of the documents to be placed before the respondent No.4 along with the application.

Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to oppose the submissions made by the learned Sr. Counsel and he submits that if the application along with the documents is filed by the petitioners before the District Collector, the same will be considered and decided appropriately.

In view of the submissions made before this Court, the petitioners are permitted to file an application before the respondent No.4-District Collector, Salumbar along with the relevant documents for the purpose of revenue entries to be made in the revenue records based on the proceedings already undertaken by the competent authorities. In the event of filing such application by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent No.4 within a period 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Stay petition as well as other pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
