At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with directions to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by him before the respondents. (Annexure-7)
This Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondents within an upper period of seven days. The same shall be adjudicated by the respondents within an upper period of four weeks, following the principle of natural justice, by way of a speaking order.
Accordingly, in terms of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
