At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents has raised preliminary objection and has placed reliance upon the order dated 20.03.2020, qua availability of an alternative efficacious remedy. It is submitted that in terms of the provisions enshrined under Section 9 of CISF Act 1968, a revision petition can be filed by the petitioner for the redressal of his grievance.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to refute the aforementioned contention/objection.
Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, this Court grants the petitioner liberty to file a revision petition,

before the appropriate authority within an upper limit period of 21 days. The respondents are directed to adjudicate the same within an upper limit period of further four weeks, by way of a speaking order.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
