Matter comes up on an application (I.A. No.1/2023) filed by the applicant under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for deciding the instant petition in the light of the compromise entered into between them.
Counsel for the parties submits that both the parties have agreed for quashing of the judgment/order dated 11.10.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue while deciding the appeal No.1962/2005. Counsel submits that by accepting the instant

compromise the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2005 passed by the Revenue Appellate Authority, Sawaimadhopur be restored.
Application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein.
In view of the above, the order dated 11.10.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue stands quashed and set aside the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2005 passed by the Revenue Appellate Authority, Sawaimadhopur is restored.
Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
