Matter pertains to the Year 2009.
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that with the efflux of time, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the selection process which commenced way back in the Year 2008, has already attained finality as on date i.e. in the Year 2024, especially in the absence of any interim protection operative in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not refute the aforesaid contention.
Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
