Upon a perusal of the record, it is noted that ever since the filing of the instant petition, no sincere efforts have been undertaken by the petitioner to contest the matter.
Even today, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioner.
Otherwise also, this Court cannot help but presume that with the efflux of time, the selection process which commenced in the Year 2009, would have attained finality as on date i.e. in the Year 2024, especially in the absence of any interim protection granted in favour of the petitioner.

Accordingly, in view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
