Present restoration application is filed for restoring the order dated 06.09.2023 passed in SBCWP No. 2631/2011.
For the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application for restoration is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 500/-.
Rs. 500/- is to be deposited with Rajasthan High Court, Munshi Sangh, Jaipur.
The writ petition will be restored to its original number upon deposition of the aforesaid cost.
