Matter pertains to the Year 2009.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that with the efflux of time, the lis before this Court has become infructuous, as the entire selection process has attained finality, especially in the absence of any interim protection.
Even on merits, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the score of the petitioner was substantially lower than the prescribed cut-off marks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not refute the aforesaid contentions.
