Vide order dated 22.01.2024 this Court issued arrest warrant against the accused petitioner to secure his presence before this Court.
Copy of the arrest warrant was sent to the Police Commissionerate, Jaipur, thereafter Station House Officer, Police Station Bhatta Basti, Jaipur North has submitted a report along with death certificate of the petitioner indicating therein that petitioner-Rambabu has expired on 12.10.2020.
In view of the factual aspect of the matter, this revision petition stands abated.
Dismissed as abated.
