by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4674/2023.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that a pleading was made in the writ petition that the petitioner is a cancer survivor and is more vulnerable to the radiation caused by the tower. Counsel submits that due to typographical error in place of above pleading, the following words “petitioner is suffering from cancer on account of radiation caused by tower in the colony” has been typed in the order dated 19.01.2024 while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4674/2023. Counsel submits that the aforesaid modification may kindly be done and the order be modified accordingly.

Application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein. 4. In para 3 of the order dated 19.01.2024, the words/line “petitioner is suffering from cancer on account of radiation caused by tower in the colony be read as “the petitioner is a cancer survivor and is more vulnerable to the radiation caused by the tower”.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 19.01.2024 passed by this Court.
