The victim in her examination before the trial Court had levelled specific allegations against the petitioner of committing sexual assault with her and sending her pic and videos to her uncle. As regards the submission of the counsel for the petitioner that there are various contradictions in the version of the victim in the statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and the statement recorded during examination before the trial Court, the same cannot be appreciated at this stage.
