the actions of the said person seemed suspicious and on the basis of information of CST, Commissionerate, Jaipur, on the suspicion of illegal drugs being present with the suspected person, at 07:45 PM, an order was issued and a Constable was sent to go as an independent witness. He returned after 10 minutes and told that due to night and hurry to go home and lack of time and due to the hassle of going to the court, no person was ready to become an independent witness. Regarding this a note was also made on that order. On which Constable Shankar Lal and Constable Sanwal Ram from the accompanying squad were appointed as independent witnesses. A notice under section 50 of the Act of 1985 was issued at 08:25 PM to the aforesaid persons for giving their consent to get them searched by the police. On which, they agreed to get them searched by the SHO. No illegal thing was found from their clothes. After that the bag kept on the motorcycle between Ritesh and Naresh, which was tied with a string, was opened and checked. Three plastic bags were found in the bag. All three had khaki colour plastic tape stuck on them. When all the three bags were opened and checked, all of it were found to be filled with henna coloured weedy moist substance. When it was crushed and sniffed and the accompanying jawan was made to smell it, it was found to be ganja on the basis of previous departmental experience. The accompanying jawan also said that the substance in the bag was ganja and the persons Ritesh and Naresh also said that the narcotic substance was ganja.
