Matter comes up on the misc. application (IA No.465/2024) filed by the accused- petitioner seeking modification in the order dated 17.09.2024.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 17.09.2024, the Court has ordered that juvenile/accusedpetitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond by his natural guardian father- Tayyab in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- along with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.

Counsel further submits that the father of the juvenile/ accused- petitioner has expired on 29.06.2024 and at present the mother of the juvenile/accused- petitioner, namely; Mahram is the natural guardian and therefore the juvenile/accused- petitioner

may order to be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond by his natural guardian mother- Mahram.

Considering the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and also the reasons mentioned in the application, the application for modification is allowed and in Para 8 of the order dated 17.09.2024, the words “natural guardian father- Tayyab be now read as “natural guardian mother- Mahram” and the juvenile/ accused- petitioner be released on submitting a personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- by his mother, namely; Mahram in addition to other conditions stipulated therein.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of order dated 17.09.2024.
