Pursuant to the order dated 08.02.2024, passed by this Court, the learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station Garhmora District Gangapur City dated 12.02.2014, which indicates that the appellant Bharosi has expired. In respect of the verification report the SHO, Police Station Garhmora has enclosed the certificate dated 12.02.2024, issued by the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Dalpura Panchayat Samiti Nadoti, District Karoli Rajasthan, certifying the factum of death of the appellant Bharosi.
