1. This contempt petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner alleging that the respondents have not complied with the order dated 22.08.2022 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11758/2022 (Banshi Lal Vs. The District Collector & Ors.) .
2. This Court vide order dated 22.08.2022 while disposing of DBCWP No.11758/2022 directed the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner in the light of the directions given

by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2019 passed in Jagdish
Prasad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10819/2018) within a period of six months from the date of submission of representation.
3. Learned AAG has submitted that the respondents have already identified 19 encroachments and the proceedings under Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act for removing those encroachments have already been initiated.
4. Learned AAG has submitted that as soon as the proceeding under Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act are concluded against the alleged encroachers, the respondents will remove those encroachments as per the order passed in that proceedings.
5. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the substantial compliance of the order dated 22.08.2022 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11758/2022 (Banshi Lal Vs. The District Collector & Ors.) has been done, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition.
6. Accordingly, this contempt petition is disposed of.
7. Notices are discharged.
