This contempt petition is filed by the petitioners complaining that the order dated 04.08.2021 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.260/2019 has not been complied with.
This Court, vide order dated 04.08.2021, while appreciating the work undertaken by the respondents for removal of encroachments from Sagwara, District Dungarpur, has issued a direction that the respondents will keep the spirit for removing the encroachments, if any, in the other areas of the town of Dungarpur and remain vigilant that no further encroachments occur on the places from where the encroachments have been removed and other public parks and public roads within the domain of the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has alleged that despite the said direction, the respondents have not removed all the encroachments. It is also submitted that the persons, who have been removed as encroachers earlier, have again encroached over the land, but the respondents are not taking any action against them.
Reply to the contempt petition is filed on behalf of the respondents and rejoinder to the reply has also been filed on behalf of the petitioners.
Having gone through the latest compliance report filed on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the compliance report filed on behalf of the respondent No.5, we are of the view that substantial compliance of the order dated 04.08.2021 passed by this Court has already been made by the respondents.

It is expected from the respondents that they shall continue with the encroachment drive in Sagwara, District Dungarpur as and when required.
With these observations, the instant contempt petition is disposed of.
