Learned Senior Counsel would submit that even though the appellant has a strong prima facie case, the application for stay on suspension order dated 22.02.2023 has been kept pending without decision on the same.
As the learned Single Judge has directed the case to be listed for consideration on interim relief on the next date of hearing, we are not inclined to interfere with the order. The appellant is at liberty to pray before the learned Single Judge for hearing on stay at the earliest.
This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
