Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, after serving the respondent-Department, has been superannuated as an Administrative Officer, however, she was entitled to be promoted on the post of Administrative Officer w.e.f. April, 2022 i.e. the date on which her junior was granted

promotion. On account of having not granted this benefit, the petitioner preferred representation to the respondents on 28.09.2022 (Annex.5), but the same has yet not been decided so far. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if the respondents are directed to decide the representation dated 28.09.2022.
Considering the limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
