Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners instead of joining the issues on merit of the present writ petition seeks to file a representation to the respondents in light of the information furnished vide letter dated 27.12.2022.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event of petitioners filing a representation to the respondents, the same shall be considered and decided at the earliest strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
