Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the similar writ petitions led by S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.2679/2022 (Ritesh Kumar Jyotishi & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) have been dismissed by Hon’ble Jaipur Bench, Jaipur on 25/01/2023.
For the self same reasons mentioned in the order dated 25/01/2023, the present writ petition is dismissed.
The stay application and other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
