The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.277/2022, Police Station Kherwara, District Udaipur for offences under Sections 420, 415, 418 read with Section 120-B of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report received dated 07.04.2023 from the SHO, Police Station Kherwara, District Udaipur wherein it has been mentioned that Police is going to submit a Final Report in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
