The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner-complainant for fair and impartial investigation in connection with FIR No.11/2023, registered at Police Station Ramsar, Distt. Barmer for offence under Sections 323, 341, 376, 511, 354(gh) of IPC and Section 7, 8 of POCSO Act.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dt. 05.04.2023 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it
