The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 28.07.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.1, Bikaner in Criminal Original Case No.229/2020 whereby the learned Judge has allowed the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and directed the petitioner to pay Rs.15,000/- per month to the respondent as interim maintenance.
