counsel for the petitioners and submitted that the complainant had purchased a plot AMC No.664/29 measuring 210 square yards from Smt. Gayatri Devi through agreement to sell dated 27.09.2018, which was registered on 17.01.2022 in which petitioner No.2 Deependra Singh was a witness. After that, petitioners hatched a conspiracy with Smt. Gayatri Devi and Smt.Gayatri Devi sold 52.50 square yards land out of the said plot to Raj Kumar Kulshrestha. Learned counsel for the complainant further submits that Smt. Gayatri Devi had no right to sell the disputed property again because the said property had already been sold to the complainant. So, their bail be dismissed.
