This bail application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 CrPC seeking regular bail in FIR No.279/2022 registered at Police Station Tatarpur, District Bhiwadi for the offence under Section 366, 34, 341, 342, 376D, 323, 506 and 382 IPC (later on offence 366, 341, 342, 376D, 323, 506, 382, 120B and 34 IPC was found to have been made out).
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They are behind the bars since 3.12.2022. After completion of investigation,

charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that prosecutrix and petitioner No.1 have solemnized marriage in Arya Samaj. He further submits that prosecutrix is a major and married lady and conclusion of trial is likely to take long time, hence the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
Therefore, this bail application is allowed and accused petitioners (1) Balveer Singh S/o Shri Famman Singh; (2) Surendra Singh @ Chhindra Singh S/o Jogendra Singh and (3) Karnel Singh S/o Pratapsingh are ordered to be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation that the petitioner(s) shall appear before that court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
