The corpus Mst. “S” has been produced in the Court by the police officials of Police Station Kuchaman City, District Nagaur.
We have conferred with the corpus. She stated that she has married the petitioner of her own free will and volition and is desirous of going with him to perform her conjugal duties.
In view of the above, we hereby direct that the corpus Mst. “S” shall be safely escorted to the house of the petitioner. The peremptory cost of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the petitioner in
