By efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous as during the pendecy of the writ petition, the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the cancellation of his licence.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty as aforesaid.
