Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:-

“(i) By an appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents may kindly be directed to hand over the service record (service book, personal files, order files, account books, pay posting register and aided files) and the other records of

the then aided employees of the institution with immediate effect and the necessary documents of the school may also be directed to be handed over to the petitioner.

(ii) By an appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents may kindly be directed to make necessary arrangement for the safety of the record of the school and to take necessary action for the missing record if any.

(iii) The respondents may kindly be directed to access the loss cause to the school property by constituting an appropriate committee and to make the payment of damages to the petitioner trust.”

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner provides the details of the employees along with the list of documents required from the respondents, the respondents will try their level best to provide the same to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement given by the learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioner will provide the requisite details to the respondents within a period of one week from today.

Considering the submissions made at the Bar, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to provide the required service record of the employees along with the due drawn statement within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

Stay petition as well as other pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
