Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner without pressing the present writ petition on merits submits that before this Court, an application for amendment of the name of owner in the land acquisition award dated 27.04.2010 is pending consideration with the respondent No.3 since 2020 and he, therefore, prays that the respondent No.3 may be directed to decide the same at the earliest.

Considering the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3- Sub Divisional Officer, Pindwara, District Sirohi to decide the pending application of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
