By way of this application under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C., the petitioner-complainant has approached this Court seeking cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2022.
Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the accused-respondent and after going through the material available on record, I am of the firm opinion that no ground is made out to accept the instant application for cancellation of bail. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
