Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after
having argued the matter at some length, has prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application for grant of prearrest bail with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and apply for regular bail before the trial Court.
Permission, as sought for, is granted.
Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
However, if the petitioner surrender before the trial Court and moves an application for bail, the trial Court is expected to decide the same as early as possible in accordance with law.
