Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
after going through the material available on record, it is noticed that the petitioner along with other persons has preferred a civil suit, in which, application for grant of temporary injunction has already been filed and the same is still pending, I do not find any reason to interfere in
this writ petition.

However, the petitioner and other persons are free to pursue the civil court for early disposal of the TI application and also pray for grant of interim temporary injunction.
With these observations, this writ petition is dismissed.
Stay petition is also dismissed.
