This writ petition has filed by the petitioner essentially with the grievance that though the Director, Mines and Geology Department, Jaipur vide order dated 12.02.2020 has directed to constitute a Committee of Higher Officials to look into the alleged illegal mining activities carried out by the petitioner and pursuant to that, the Additional Director, Directorate of Mines and Geology Department, Udaipur vide order dated 18.03.2020 has constituted

a committee, but the respondents have not conducted any inspection till date.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-department Mr. Sandeep Shah, AAG has assured this Court that the inspection as per the directions given by the Director, Mines and Geology Department, Jaipur as well as the Additional Director, Directorate of Mines and Geology Department, Udaipur will be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
Reply to this effect has also been filed on behalf of the respondent - Mining Department.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent - mining department to conduct inspection as per the directions given by Director, Mines and Geology Department, Jaipur as well as the Additional Director, Directorate of Mines and Geology Department, Udaipur within a period of four weeks from today and thereafter proceed in accordance with law.
Stay petition is also disposed of.
