Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue raised in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by order in Satveer Chaudhary v. State of Raj. & Ors.: SBCW No. 10936/2020 and other connected matter, decided on 08.12.2020 by Bench at Jaipur, wherein similar nature writ petitions have been dismissed.
In view of the submissions made, following the order in the case of Satveer Chaudhary (supra), the present writ petitions are also dismissed.
