In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that e-tender process which was invited on 06.01.2021 and is under challenge in the writ petition has been withdrawn.
In light of such statement as well as Annexure-A1, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition, if need arises.
