In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.

The matter comes up on an application seeking correction in the order dated 15.02.2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2529/2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

The aforementioned order dated 15.02.2021 passed by this Court is substituted by the following order:

“ In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.

This Court takes note of the fact that the litigation is pending since year 2008 between the parties and it has been a long time since then. This Court also takes note of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a senior citizen.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of while directing the respondent No.7-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Rashmi, Chittorgarh to expeditiously decide and dispose of the Case No.126/2010 (186/2008) titled as ‘Narendra Kunwar Vs. Moti Singh & Ors. preferably within a period of one year from receiving the certified copy of this Court. All the pending applications also stand disposed of. ”
