This bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 139/2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Alwar for the offence under Sections 505 (1), (b) of IPC and 66 IT Act.
Taking into consideration the facts which have come on record and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The bail application stands accordingly dismissed. However, if the petitioner surrenders and moves an appropriate bail application before the concerned court, the same may be decided at the earliest in accordance with law.
