This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.177/2019 registered at Police Station, Aayana, District Kota Rural, for offence under Section(s) 4/25 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations against the petitioner are for having a knife and offence under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act has been registered against the accused petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the challan has been filed.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting on merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused petitioner – Kundan S/o Babulal be released on

bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with aforesaid FIR provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that he shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
