In view of the judgment passed in the case of Manish Meena pronounced on 2nd June, 2020, in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.5091/2020 titled as Manish Meena Versus State of Rajasthan and taking into consideration that the role of the petitioner is similar to that of the co-accused – Manish Meena, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
The bail application is accordingly dismissed.
