This is a second bail application filed by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and other co-accused Om Singh had approached this Court earlier by filing S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14258/2019 and S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application NO.14862/2019 and the same were rejected vide common order dated 02.12.2019 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel submitted that the other co-accused Om Singh had approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 17.04.2020 has granted bail to the other co-accused Om Singh as the principal accused was granted bail on 06.03.2020 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while allowing

S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.3294/2020 filed by one Dr. Banshidhar Kumawat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that other co-accused have been released on bail and it a case of parity and the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
This Court in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the order passed by the Coordinate Bench and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, the second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Vikas Dangi S/o Late Sh. Dharampal Singh, shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.268/2019, registered at Police Station, Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of alike amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
