These Criminal Misc. Bail Applications have been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No.226/2019 registered at Police Station Baswa, Dausa for offence under Sections 379 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Jitsi Meet. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that they have been falsely implicated in this case. Charge-sheet has been filed in the trial Court. Completion of trial will take time. Coaccused Dharmendra @ Bhurya and Satish @ Satya have been

released on bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2020 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1047/2020. Accused-petitioners case is not different by coaccused Dharmendra @ Bhurya and Satish @ Satya. It has also been submitted that the accused-petitioner Jamil is facing trial under Section 379/411 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

I have considered the rival contentions.

On consideration of arguments/submissions of both the parties, perusal the material available on record and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting upon detailed merits of the case, this Court deems it fit to enlarge the accused on bail.

Therefore, these bail applications are allowed. Accusedpetitioners Mohan Lal@molu S/o Kishan Lal and Jamil S/o Barulla @ Burla shall be released on bail in FIR No.226/2019 registered at Police Station Baswa, Dausa, if they are not wanted in any other case, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter are transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
