The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.21/2020, Police Station Gogunda, District Udaipur for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308 read with 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case as there is a land dispute between the petitioners and the complainant. He further submits that injuries suffered by Dipul Shrimali & Raj Shrimali are simple in nature. The petitioners are behind the bars for last more than twenty five days. Therefore, it is prayed that the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

The learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail applications.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced, this Court is of the opinion that the bail applications filed by the petitioners deserves to be accepted.

Consequently, the present bail applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are allowed. It is ordered that the accusedpetitioners (1)Jitendra S/o Lalu Ram Bhoi, (2)Bansilal S/o Shri Deva, & (3)Laluram Bhoi S/o Modilal arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.21/2020, Police Station Gogunda, District Udaipur shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees: Fifty Thousand Only) with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees : Twenty Five Thousand Only)
