The present misc. application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for correction in the order dated 13.01.2020 passed in S.B.Criminal Revision Petition No.689/2019. It is submitted that due to clerical error, the name of the petitioner No.1 has wrongly been mentioned as “Harshita” instead of “Harshikha.” Therefore, necessary correction may be made in the order.
I have perused the order dated 13.01.2020.

It appears that the clerical error occurred in the order dated
13.01.2020 due to the incorrect name mentioned by the counsel for the petitioners in the revision petition itself. Accordingly, it is ordered that the name of the petitioner No.1 may be read as “Harshikha” instead of “Harshita” in the order dated 13.01.2020. The misc. application is allowed accordingly.
