The instant criminal misc. application has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.4711/2019, which was dismissed on 19.12.2019 in default for non compliance of the order dated 21.11.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of premptory order passed by this Court on 21.11.2019, he was going to out of station and now he filed the extra set, therefore, the instant criminal misc. application may kindly be allowed and it is further prayed that the criminal misc. petition be restored to its original number.
I have heard the arguments advanced before me and perused the material available on record, in compliance of the

pre-emptory order, the criminal misc. petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 19.12.2019, but now the petitioner made compliance of the pre-emptory order and filed the extra set. In these circumstances, the application filed by the petitioner is allowed and the S.B Criminal Misc. Petition No.4711/2019 be restored to its original number.
