An application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the appellant for making necessary correction in the order dated 16.08.2019 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.6425/2019 wherein the date of order has been wrongly typed as 16.08.2019. In fact the matter was listed on 27.11.2019 and on that date the petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Superintendent of Police, Nagaur.
Accordingly, it is directed that the date of order of the S.B. Criminal Misc. (Pet.) No.6425/2019 be read as “27.11.2019” instead of “16.08.2019”.
Application allowed accordingly.
