Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the respondent and perused the judgment impugned.
This Court is of the opinion that there are valid and substantial grounds for grant of leave to the appellant for filing the appeal against the acquittal of the respondent vide impugned judgment.
Accordingly, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as the appeal and it be registered as such.
Admit. Record of the case has already been received.
Issue bailable warrant of Rs.50,000/- against the respondent for securing his presence before this Court within a period of eight weeks.
