This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 06.03.2017 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court, whereby writ petition preferred by the petitioner impugning the notice dated 04.07.2013 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Jalore, directing him to produce proof regarding status of recognition of degree produced on record by him for the purpose of recruitment to the post of Lower Division Clerk, stands dismissed.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that in view of subsequent event, the appellant stands advised to withdraw the writ petition, which stand dismissed by the learned Single Judge, so also the special appeal.

Having considered the matter, we are of the opinion that appellant/writ-petitioner deserves to be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, application preferred by the petitioner seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition is allowed.
The writ petition, as also, the special appeal are dismissed as withdrawn.
