By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents for removal of encroachment from land recorded as pasture comprising Khasra Nos.542, 542/2469, 568, 569, 571 and 900 and land recorded as Talai comprising

Khasra Nos., 810, 811, 812, 817 and 818 of village Amalavad, Tehsil and District Pratapgarh.

This Court in the matter of Gulab Kothari Vs. State of Rajathan (DBCWP No.1554/2004) has already issued directions to the State authorities to remove the encroachment over the pasture land and the land forming part of Nadi or pond and therefore, no further directions are required to be issued by this Court.

The District Collector, Pratapgarh is under obligation to ensure that all encroachment made over the pasture land/ Nadi or pond are removed.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with above observations.
